Playing twice a week but always feeling stiff by the second set, and consistently taking longer to recover after Friday night games than he felt he should at his age (mid-30s).

What Helped

Joined the Active Season Membership in January. The seasonal planning session helped him build a 15-minute pre-game habit he now runs through at the court before each session starts.

After 4 Months

Consistently completing warm-up routine before games. Feels less stiff mid-match and recovery time feels noticeably shorter. Still with the membership. Brought two office colleagues along to a workshop in April.
